Below, you'll find detailed information about our rates, delivery options, shipping partners, and estimated transit times.

Domestic Shipping

Curr Crafters ships nationwide through GoGo Xpress and LBC.

Standard shipments through LBC usually take 1 to 2 business days for NCR, North Luzon, and South Luzon residents. For residents located in Visayas and Mindanao, lead time varies from 2 to 6 days, depending on your region.

Delivery schedules for GoGo Xpress take 2 to 3 days in select cities nationwide and 5 to 7 days for provincial delivery addresses.

The total shipping fee will be sent during the confirmation process; we will send the Tracking Number upon availability, and the selected shipping partner will notify you through Viber or SMS.

International Shipping

Curr Crafters ships worldwide through DHL. Shipping rates and delivery lead times vary depending on your country or region. The estimated shipping cost will be provided along with your total order amount before payment confirmation.

You may visit DHL’s website or click here here to check if they deliver to your country or region. If your location is not listed, please contact us so we can explore alternative shipping options.
 
Reminders:
 
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country upon arrival of the shipment, if applicable.
  • Curr Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
  • Refunds or cancellations will not be issued for shipments delayed due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipments that are refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees may incur return shipping or handling charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Pickup Availability
 
Pickup is available for bulk orders from customers located in the Philippines and must be arranged in advance. Our pickup point is located in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

Once your bulk order has been confirmed and completed, we will coordinate a scheduled pickup date and time with you. The exact pickup address and instructions will be provided once the order is ready.

A representative or third-party courier may collect the order on your behalf, provided they present the necessary pickup details and a valid ID for verification.

We kindly request that orders be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification, as unclaimed orders may be subject to storage arrangements if left for an extended period.

Please note that our pickup location is not a retail storefront, and we do not accommodate walk-in orders or unscheduled visits.

Schedule
 
Orders are shipped domestically and internationally from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Bulk order pickups are also available Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, and must be scheduled in advance.
